Robber cuts off woman's earlobes to steal gold earrings in Rawalpindi

In the video, a robber, riding a bike can be seen, returning back in an empty street in Rawalpindi, after spotting an elderly woman with gold earrings.

The robber stopped his bike near woman and suddenly snatched woman's gold earrings by cutting off her earlobes.

This is not the first incident when a robber targeted a woman in an empty street in Rawalpindi, in broad daylight. Recently, two robbers intercepted a woman and deprived her of belongings after torturing her.
